Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the item has been dispatched from our facility—whichever comes first.

• To cancel, email support@samohtrends.com or message WhatsApp at +91 85271 71055 with your Order ID.
• Once an order has been shipped and handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Every product at Samoh Trends—spanning our handbags, jewellery, and women's accessories—is carefully curated and inspected. We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and preserved in their original pristine state.
• All original brand tags, jewellery cards, pouches, dust bags, and protective packaging must remain intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume odors, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect piece, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery:

• Send clear unboxing photos/videos of the package, the damaged product, and the shipping invoice label.
• Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary pickup and issue a swift replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality inspection:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited directly to your original payment mode (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are transferred directly via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) upon receiving your bank details.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Specific jewellery items (such as pierced earrings) due to strict personal hygiene standards.
• Personalized or customized accessories.
• Products purchased under final clearance, flash sales, or tagged as "Final Sale".
